Our core model involves purchasing land blocks from 5- 25 acres in size and fully developing the same into residential cum commercial complexes. Within each residential project, we construct and open a mega mart (AABUMART). This mart acts as the centrepoint of commercial activity in the area and a solid first step towards gentrification of the area.
